Responsibilities: * Processing shipment approvals (reviewing tickets and payments), communicating with the sales and logistics departments. * Daily shipment reporting and recording expenses according to the corresponding expense flow. * Sales reporting and reconciliation with marketplaces and banks. * Recording expenses in financial flows. * Bank statements. * Reviewing and recording online returns. * Recording expenses incurred using American Express. * Invoicing. * Supporting the operational process of treasury management. * And others.
