We are looking for a Finance Manager who will serve as a key business partner and lead the organization’s financial strategy. Position Objective To direct, plan, and control the company’s financial strategy, ensuring profitability, liquidity, and business sustainability, while actively supporting the General Management in decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Lead financial planning, budgets, and forecasts. * Analyze financial statements and present results to Management. * Manage cash flow, costs, profitability, and financial indicators (KPIs). * Evaluate investment and financing projects. * Coordinate and supervise Accounting and Finance departments. * Ensure tax and financial compliance (in coordination with Accounting). * Propose strategies to optimize resources and improve performance. * Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or financial certifications. * Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles, including at least 2 years in management positions. * Strong knowledge of: * Financial analysis and budgeting * Cash flow and profitability * Mexican tax and accounting regulations * Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) * Key Competencies * Leadership and decision-making. * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Effective communication with executive teams. * Results orientation. * Ethics and strong sense of responsibility.
