Main responsibilities: * Customer service, prospecting, and account recovery. * Customer communication via WhatsApp, phone, and email. * Preparation and submission of quotations and invoices. * Active customer follow-up and progress reporting. * Product promotion. * Achievement of monthly sales quota.
