




***Responsibilities:*** * Posting job openings on various platforms. * Screening resumes and scheduling interviews. * Conducting initial interviews and screening. * Coordinating interviews with department heads. * Following up on the selection and hiring process, including psychometric tests and skills assessments. * Compiling personnel files, verifying and reviewing that all required documentation is complete. * Assisting with onboarding new employees (company introduction and facility tour). * Signing employment contracts with our staff. * Conducting background checks and obtaining professional and personal references from candidates. ***Requirements:*** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; or completed high school education. * 2 years of experience performing recruitment tasks, resume screening, interviewing, candidate follow-up, and personnel file preparation. * Proficiency in metrics tracking and tools such as Canva, job boards, and social media. ***The company offers:*** * Statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * No probationary week.
