We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service concerns and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and will be well\-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Answers incoming customer calls, chats, and emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns * Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller * Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call * Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies * Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customer * Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required or requested in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve overall objectives of this position **Required Qualifications:** * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have prior customer service experience (2\+ years minimum) * High school diploma/GED required * Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times * Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in data entry and computer skills **Bonus!** Fluent in Español Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $100\.00 \- $150\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): * How many years of Customer Service Experience in a call center do you have?
