We are currently seeking a gastronomy-passionate, dedicated, and responsible chef eager to grow within a company that upholds high quality standards. Our kitchen specializes in artisanal French brunch breakfasts, strictly adhering to hygiene and quality protocols. Responsibilities: · Proper food handling (FIFO compliance, adherence to hygiene and cleaning procedures) · General kitchen cleaning · Working with the kitchen team on the hot line (grill, pans) · Production and pre-production of various preparations · Weighing and preparing recipes according to the Executive Chef’s instructions Our Chef must meet the following profile: · Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, or Technical Diploma in Food & Beverage or Gastronomy, or related field · 2 years of experience in a similar position · Passion for and knowledge of international gastronomy · Excellent personal presentation · Strong attention to detail · Experience working under quality and hygiene standards · Proactive and self-motivated At Petit Delice you will receive: · Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company · Fixed morning shift.
