Recording of activities in the system **My ideal job seeks a Collections Executive in Tlalpan, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description: Join the team as a Telephone Collections Executive for Mercado Pago. You will be responsible for contacting clients with pending payments, negotiating agreements, and following up on portfolio recovery, maintaining effective and professional communication. Main Responsibilities: Telephone contact with clients to remind them of payments. Negotiation of agreements and payment commitments. Follow-up on assigned portfolio. Recording of activities in the system. Requirements: High school diploma or higher. Experience in call center collections (preferred). Basic computer skills. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Valid documentation.
