Currently, we are seeking a Bilingual B2B Expert Advisor focused on serving wholesale travel agencies to join our Contact Center in Cancún. This position is intended for individuals with experience in specialized customer service, service orientation, and a passion for collaborative work. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a strategic partner to our wholesale travel agencies throughout the entire purchasing cycle: before, during, and after booking * Resolve inquiries and provide real-time assistance, ensuring agile, clear, and efficient service * Follow up on requests, incidents, and specific agency requirements * Collaborate with various internal departments to optimize processes and enhance service quality **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism reservations or in servicing travel agencies * Prior experience in telephone support or customer service roles * Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English * Efficient computer skills * Availability to rotate shifts within a schedule from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM **We Offer** * Monthly net base salary * Food allowance: $520 per month * Grocery allowance: $709 per month * Monthly performance bonus: $2,000 * Savings fund * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you have customer service experience, English language proficiency, and are seeking a new professional challenge to start the year, we invite you to apply and become part of a strong, dynamic, and continuously growing team.
