Banco Azteca is seeking a Credit Advisor to join our team at the Banco Azteca module located in Chedraui Temixco. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service by effectively and promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and needs. * Conduct field prospecting to identify sales opportunities and acquire new customers. * Offer financial advice and guidance to customers, clearly and accurately presenting available products and services. * Perform financial analysis and evaluation of customers to ensure they meet the requirements for obtaining credit. * Manage the credit application process, including collecting and verifying required documentation and conducting appropriate follow-up.
