Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Technician to identify vehicle faults, perform diagnostics and prepare service estimates, with a strong focus on delivering effective solutions for customers. Customer-focused problem solving **AUTOMOTIVE AGENCY SOUTH OF THE CITY.** **SEEKING TECHNICIAN / AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN.** **Requirements:** * Marital status: Not specified. * Education: Technical Automotive Degree. * Additional studies or knowledge: Familiarity with SEAT brand vehicles; knowledge of mechanics, electricity, service estimate preparation, use of standard and specialized tools, and diagnostic capability. * Skills: Strong verbal communication, initiative, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and customer service orientation. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in an automotive dealership (preferred), preferably undergoing certification. * Other requirements: Flexible schedule availability, responsibility, punctuality, valid driver's license. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect and diagnose faults in received vehicles. * Identify specific faults or abnormal conditions in vehicles. * Record mechanical information about the vehicle. * Prepare repair cost estimates. * Notify the Workshop Manager regarding additional repairs or parts replacement. * General automotive repair experience. * Installation of accessories. * Practical and effective customer solution orientation. **We Offer:** * Base salary + piece-rate pay. * Statutory benefits (social security, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Additional benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. * Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. * Sunday: Day off.
