Child and Family Case Management (systemic family approach) \- 60%:** As a Social Worker and Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing child and family cases with a systemic family focus. This entails an average caseload of approximately 15 cases. Community Relations \- 40%:** As part of your responsibilities as a Social Worker and Community Coordinator, you will play an active role in strengthening the community and supporting families.
