Child and Family Case Management (systemic family approach) \- 60%:** As a Social Worker and Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing child and family cases with a systemic family focus. This entails an average caseload of approximately 15 cases. Your responsibilities will include: * Case identification: Identifying and assessing situations requiring social intervention. * Assessment: Conducting comprehensive assessments of children’s and families’ needs, considering social, economic, emotional, and health-related factors. * Intervention plan development: Developing customized intervention plans for each case in collaboration with families and other involved professionals. * Implementation: Implementing interventions as planned, providing emotional, psychosocial, and practical support as needed. * Service coordination: Coordinating and connecting families with necessary community services and resources, such as health, education, housing, among others. * Accompaniment: Providing continuous support and follow-up to families throughout the intervention process, ensuring effectiveness and adapting plans as necessary. * Generating weekly or event-based reports for each case. **2\. Community Relations \- 40%:** As part of your responsibilities as a Social Worker and Community Coordinator, you will play an active role in strengthening the community and supporting families. This will include: * Community event creation: Designing, organizing, and implementing community events aimed at promoting child and family well-being. * Attendance follow-up: Monitoring children’s and families’ attendance at community events and services, identifying and addressing potential barriers. * Collaborative case identification: Working collaboratively with other professionals to identify cases requiring intervention, providing guidance and support as needed. * Parent training: Designing and facilitating training sessions to strengthen parenting skills, promoting a healthy and safe family environment. * Volunteer event coordination: Supporting the coordination of community events and activities involving volunteers, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for participation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Social Psychology. * Focus on childhood and family. * Solid expertise in case management methodologies. * Excellent verbal and communication skills. * Experience facilitating group sessions. * Problem-solving orientation.
