Coordination with leaders to define job profiles and hiring needs **At Club Cañada, we are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst**, results-driven and experienced in attracting talent for administrative and operational positions. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job vacancies on various employment platforms (OCC, LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Indeed, among others) * Attracting, screening, and evaluating candidates for operational and administrative roles * Conducting interviews (telephone, in-person, and competency-based) * Coordinating with department leaders to define job profiles and hiring needs * End-to-end recruitment process tracking until hiring is completed * Preparing recruitment reports and metrics * Participating in job fairs and executing talent attraction strategies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruiting operational and administrative personnel * Proficiency in interview techniques and assessment tools * Familiarity with job boards and professional social networks **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $16,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * On-site work modality * Job stability and growth opportunities * Parking (included) * Company-provided mobile phone * Discounts on store purchases and swimming classes **Location:** San Jerónimo Aculco, CDMX.
