Position Summary: A professional responsible for calculating, controlling, and ensuring payroll and labor-tax compliance, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, control, and attention to detail in calculations **Position Objective** Ensure timely calculation, control, and compliance of the company's payroll and labor-tax obligations, guaranteeing data accuracy and adherence to current regulations. **Responsibilities** * Execute payroll calculations **weekly, biweekly, and monthly** (150 employees) * Manage incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, etc. * Perform affiliation movements in IDSE (registrations, cancellations, modifications). * Determine and validate payments for **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**. * Calculate the **Payroll Tax (Mexico City)** and ensure its correct payment. * Generate, validate, and upload information into the payroll ERP system. * Prepare control reports and reconciliations (payroll vs. accounting). * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS Law** in the payroll process. * Maintain orderly and controlled documentation of personnel information. * Address employee inquiries related to payroll. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete). * Minimum **2 years’ experience in full payroll calculation**. * Experience managing payrolls. * Proficiency in **IDSE, SUA, and social security contribution calculations**. * Practical knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS Law**. * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, cross-referencing, validations). * Experience using payroll ERP systems. **Key Competencies** * High level of **organization and control** * Ability to **track and plan** * Attention to detail (calculation accuracy) * Operational autonomy * Responsibility and confidentiality **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **MXN $14,000 net** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Working hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday * Work location: Tlalpan Borough, San Pedro Mártir Neighborhood Position Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
