Experience: Minimum one year of social service completed at a healthcare unit. **Availability to travel to various states across the country** **Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings** **Responsibilities:** Provide onboarding training for newly hired medical staff regarding their job functions and service protocols, in order to standardize internal processes and ensure high-quality, empathetic patient care. Prepare onboarding reports summarizing topics covered during training sessions. Conduct final certification of physicians by Human Resources upon completion of the onboarding process. Develop an onboarding schedule or plan for medical personnel. Administer written evaluations for each training module. Conduct operational evaluations of clinics where medical staff are present, verifying proper implementation of service protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements to avoid sanctions from COFEPRIS—only when requested by Operations. Provide temporary clinical coverage at branches in cases of staff shortages or absence of the designated “on-call physician,” ensuring that primary training responsibilities are not neglected.
