**Position:** Bachelor of Early Childhood Education **Position Objective:** Plan, implement, and evaluate pedagogical and formative activities that support the holistic development of preschool-aged children, through analysis, reflection, preventive action, and intervention in challenges inherent to the teaching-learning process, in accordance with the Salesian approach. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement work plans and programs aligned with the preschool curriculum. * Stimulate children’s cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development through playful and formative activities. * Promote Salesian values. * Observe and document each child’s individual progress, identifying specific support needs. * Maintain effective and ongoing communication with parents or guardians. * Prepare evaluation reports and participate in pedagogical meetings, school events, and parent-teacher conferences. * Promote an inclusive environment that respects diversity. * Supervise student safety and well-being during classroom hours. * Participate in extracurricular school activities, festivals, and teacher training sessions. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Infant Education, or Pedagogy, with official degree and professional license. * Courses or diplomas in child development, early stimulation, or related fields (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum one year of classroom teaching experience at the preschool level. **Knowledge:** * Early childhood development. * Active pedagogical strategies. * Group management and conflict resolution. * Child safety and hygiene regulations. * Basic educational technology tools. **Skills and Competencies:** * Vocation for service and love for children. * Patience, empathy, and creativity. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and responsibility. * Affinity with the Salesian charism.
