A continuously growing Mexican company is seeking to integrate a **"Head of Human Resources"** into its team. Location: Temixco, Morelos. On-site position Main responsibilities: * Lead HR operations across various work centers. * Manage labor relations and organizational climate. * Coordinate personnel administration (hiring, terminations, severance settlements, contracts, medical leaves, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. * Ensure regulatory and labor compliance. * Maintain personnel documentation (personnel files). * Develop recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies. * Guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing. * Supervise and follow up on labor proceedings (lawsuits, conciliations, regulatory compliance) in coordination with the legal department. * Provide direct, respectful service to operational staff and work center leaders. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR leadership or coordination roles. * Theoretical and practical knowledge of labor relations, personnel administration, and control. * Willingness to travel. * Availability of time. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Openness to learning and teamwork. * Proactivity. Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Fixed day off: Sunday.
