We group together the brands 7\-Eleven, Petro Seven, MercaDía, and MAS Bodega y Logística, where over 22,000 employees across 17 states of the United Mexican States are part of our team. **JOB OBJECTIVES** Ensure the execution of payroll incident and regulatory processes, as well as provide support to operational staff on matters related to human resources, in order to deliver a satisfactory experience to our employees and ensure the operational continuity of Petro Seven service stations within applicable legal guidelines. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** You will contribute to the success of our organization by carrying out the following activities: * Resolving payroll incidents * Calculating severance payments * Verifying rehires, staffing levels, and vacancies * Managing active/terminated employee files * Advising employees on compensation and benefits * Clarifying questions regarding payroll payments for unionized personnel * Reissuing voucher cards * Delivering refund payments (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, child support) * Handling voluntary resignations * Coordinating uniform orders and deliveries for operations * Coordinating supply orders for operations * Reporting employee absences due to incapacity * Ordering cleaning supplies * Supporting special events **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. * One year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of payroll processing, personnel administration, severance calculations, etc. * Availability to commute between Guadalupe and San Nicolás. \-Apply through this channel and/or send your updated CV via WhatsApp **8124209010** **\#staff2025** Job type: Full\-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $14,500\.00 per month Work location: On\-site employment
