




**Required Profile** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably within the restaurant industry or for operational staff. * Availability to work on-site (in the field). **Main Responsibilities** * Attraction and hiring of operational staff for various branches. * Posting and monitoring job openings on employment boards, social media, and local sources. * Distributing flyers, door-to-door canvassing, and using tools to attract talent. * Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. * Coordinating and executing onboarding and induction processes for new staff. * Preparing, maintaining, and safeguarding employee personnel files. * On-site presence at units to resolve conflicts, monitor incidents, and implement workplace climate initiatives. * Preparing reports and tracking recruitment metrics (coverage, turnover, response times). **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 net, paid weekly. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional bonuses for achieving objectives. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, either 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $6,240.09 – $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
