




OROPEZA INGENIEROS IS SEEKING: Administrative Assistant for the technical department. Requirements: 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in workshop or maintenance areas). Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, basic–intermediate Excel skills, customer telephone support, basic invoicing knowledge (preferred). Responsibilities: 1. Receive, route, and follow up on equipment repair requests. 2. Collaborate with the warehouse department to ensure proper equipment inspection. 3. Provide customers with updates on the status of their equipment. 4. Generate quotations for customer requirements, provide support, and issue invoices. 5. Follow up on departmental reports and databases. We offer: Monthly gross salary of MXN $11,000–$12,000, depending on experience. Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Location: Company premises near Plaza Patria.
