




**Profile:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in labor law (professional internships or social service are acceptable). * Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license are mandatory). * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Basic knowledge of labor litigation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Draft, review, and update labor-related documents: contracts, agreements, letters, and notices. * Support preparation of case files for conciliation and litigation proceedings. * Track subpoenas, official requests, and labor notifications. * Provide support in managing employer-employee relationships (hiring/termination, internal policies, regulations, disciplinary measures). * Update legal databases and reports. * Maintain orderly physical and digital archives of the legal department. * Participate in internal and external audits related to labor and corporate matters. **We Offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; on-call Saturdays. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund: 2%. * Paid birthday leave. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Commuter assistance (areas include: Pról.
