IMSS / Payroll Analyst (SUA, IDSE) **Responsibilities:** Comprehensive management of IMSS-related processes Employee registrations, terminations, and salary adjustments Disability claims and work-related risks Preparation, validation, and submission of SUA for employer-employee contribution payments. Monitoring and analysis of affiliation movements, ensuring compliance with the Social Security Law. Responding to IMSS audits, requests, and reviews. Providing internal advisory services to staff on social security matters. Identifying and optimizing processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Skills and Competencies Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and Excel. Continuous updating on social security regulations. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field **Compensation Package:** $17200 gross monthly (pre-tax).
