**REDECINE A.C. – Campeche** *(Affiliation through the Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro program)* We are seeking an **accountant or financial analyst** to join an expanding cultural and cinematic project, focused on **financial planning, sustainability, and strategic decision-making**, via affiliation with the **Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro (JCF) program**. **Key responsibilities:** * Prepare **initial and operational budgets** for cultural and audiovisual projects. * Design **revenue projections**, cost and expense estimates. * Build and monitor **cash flow statements**. * Identify **break-even points**, margins, and program profitability. * Support analysis of **return on investment (ROI)** and financial sustainability. * Assist in administrative and accounting processes with a **strategic perspective** (not merely tax-focused). **Desired profile:** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. * Interest in cultural, creative, or socially impactful projects.
