Job Summary: NOR-SEG Private Security Services is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage client relationships, identify and develop accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients 2. Identify and develop accounts with high growth potential 3. Negotiate agreements and promote customer satisfaction NOR-SEG Private Security Services Requires: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM). - Manage client relationships by establishing and maintaining strong ties with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations. - Identify and develop key accounts by recognizing clients with the highest growth potential and devising strategies to attract and retain them. - Monitor key account performance and conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement. - Negotiate agreements, pricing, and service terms with key clients, seeking mutually beneficial solutions. - Promote customer satisfaction by ensuring clients are satisfied with private security services and feel valued. - Identify and resolve issues that may arise in client relationships. - Increase account value by enhancing profitability and value of key accounts through cross-selling additional services, improving client relationships, and boosting customer satisfaction. - Control operational staffing costs versus profitability targets. - Track and propose improvements regarding the company’s security services. - Organizational Management (functional staff and middle management). We Offer Monthly salary of $21,200 net, paid on the 15th and 30th via BANAMEX or BBVA payroll IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, AFORE, Savings Fund, Profit Sharing, New Uniforms, Paid Training, and more.
