Support photo shoots and image and video editing. *HOTEL DORADOS CONVENTIONS & RESORT* Seeking a **Visual Designer** **Job Objective** Develop and implement the hotel’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and printed materials, reinforcing presence on social media, promotional campaigns, events, and internal communications, thereby increasing positioning, occupancy, and sales. **Responsibilities:** * Design graphic materials for advertising campaigns (social media, email marketing, website, banners, etc.). * Create visual content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Develop flyers, menus, internal signage, event and convention materials. * Adapt designs for room promotions, F&B, weddings, and group bookings. * Supervise the correct application of branding across all hotel areas. * Support photo shoots and image and video editing. * Coordinate with printing vendors and external agencies. * Maintain up-to-date hotel visual identity on OTAs and the official website. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual design (preferably in hospitality, tourism, or restaurants). * Experience in brand management and digital campaigns. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Basic video editing (Premiere, CapCut or similar). * Knowledge of social media design and digital formats. * Understanding of branding and brand experience. * Basic photography and retouching skills.
