We are an agency dedicated to building brand experiences with nearly 10 years in the market… We’re looking for your talent as a Multimedia Designer. **What will you do?** You will be a key member of the creative team, developing **graphic assets and multimedia content** for BTL campaigns, events, and activations that exist both digitally and in the physical world. **Responsibilities:** * Design of graphic assets for BTL campaigns, events, and activations. * Development of **multimedia content**: video, motion graphics, animation, and digital visuals. * Support in creative concepts and visual proposals for **pitches**. * Adaptation of artwork across multiple formats (digital, print, stands, and screens). * Direct collaboration with **creative, production, and account teams**. * Oversight of correct artwork application on materials and installations. * Adjustments and **post-production** of visual assets. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field**. * **2 to 5 years** of experience in **BTL or advertising agencies**. * Experience working with **multiple brands and integrated campaigns**. * Participation in **events, activations, and brand experiences**. **Key Skills:** * Motion graphics and video editing. * Print and production design (formats, materials, and finishes). * Preferred: basic knowledge of **3D, mapping, or animation**. **Tools:** * **Adobe Creative Suite**: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere. **Language** * **Advanced English (preferred)** **Matching Skills:** * Creativity and visual thinking * Attention to detail and quality focus * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Effective communication and teamwork * Adaptability and results orientation **What We Offer:** * High-impact creative projects * A dynamic and collaborative environment * Direct exposure to real BTL campaigns * Creative and professional growth **Work Location:** Letrán Valle, Benito Juárez (5-minute walk from División del Norte metro station) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, onsite, from 10:00 to 19:00 hrs **If interested, please send your CV to talent@madison.mx or apply through this platform.** *At Madison, we value your talent and therefore do not discriminate based on race, religion, health condition, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, disability, or any other circumstance.
