We need a professional with a **"workshop mindset"** and solid technical skills to operate our production line. **We are looking for someone who KNOWS and HAS PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE in:** * **Flawless prepress and art finishing** (nothing escapes the printer!). * **Operating and setting up jobs on:** * **Xerox** digital printers. * **Large-format plotters**. * High-end **Epson SureColor S40600** printer (high resolution and color). * **Laser engraving and cutting software** (for precise finishes and details). * **Full mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Affinity (Designer, Photo)**. Both are acceptable. * Also basic ideas on how to manufacture illuminated signs and vinyl cutting **⚠ Key Requirement:** Proven experience in **printing, graphic workshops, signage production, or a similar environment**.
