This person will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging visual concepts for a variety of projects—including social media, branding, digital marketing, graphic design, and more—with a focus on, but not limited to, fashion and design brands. The Creative Designer is part of the strategy team, creating assets that reflect our clients’ identity and values, ensuring effective communication and high visual impact. **Responsibilities:** * Develop visual concepts and creative designs for branding projects, marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and printed materials. * Collaborate with the strategy team to understand client objectives and propose visual solutions that meet their needs and expectations. * Create original illustrations, logos, typography, and other graphic elements that reinforce clients’ brand identity. * Stay up-to-date with current design and marketing trends, applying them innovatively across projects. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained across all deliverables. * Actively participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and improve creative processes. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication Design, Visual Arts, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a creative agency, design studio, or marketing department. * Portfolio: Digital portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, graphic design, and creative campaign development. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). * Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Capcut, among others. * Experience designing content for branding, social media, and digital advertising. * **Creative Competencies:** * Strong ability to conceptualize and develop creative ideas aligned with client objectives. * Skill in working with precision and attention to detail. * Ability to adapt design styles and techniques to different brands and audiences. * **Interpersonal Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English) * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Proactivity and effective time management skills. * Languages: Spanish (native or advanced); English (intermediate or advanced). **How to Apply:** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about creative design, we want to meet you!
