**Location:** Southern Mexico City **Schedule:** (Full Time) Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm; Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm **Starting Salary**: $16,000 to $20,000 monthly, net **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Architecture * **Age:** Over 30 years old * **Gender:** Indifferent * **English:** Desired level C1 **Required Experience:** · Minimum of 3 years developing executive projects, verifiable. · Development of presentations. · Development of renders. · Knowledge in interior design, facades, and landscaping. · Coordination with consultants for installations and structural engineering. · Teamwork. · 80% of work experience in office-based design. **Responsibilities:** · Creation of architectural drawings, layouts, masonry, and finishes for executive projects including shopping centers, supermarkets, large corporate buildings, other commercial sector areas, and/or Business Class and large-scale tourism hotels. · Development of architectural solutions. · Review of drawings to incorporate client-specific specifications. · Communication with suppliers, clients, and external advisors for project coordination. · Coordination of installation and structural projects, facade design, and finishes. · Development of presentation sheets and material schedules. · Field surveys and documentation of design information. · Development and preparation of documents (concept catalogs, material lists, descriptive reports, etc.). · Knowledge of drafting standards **Software:** · AutoCAD 2D – Advanced · Corel, Photoshop, 3D Max · Revit Architecture – Intermediate (minimum required) · Navisworks (desirable) · Project\- Intermediate · Rendering software (Lumion, V\-Ray, 3ds Max, etc).
