Creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment **Job Description** We are seeking a **Senior 3D Generalist specialized in Character Animation and 3D Modeling in Blender**, with solid experience in character development, 3D animation, and high-end visual content creation. The ideal candidate masters advanced animation principles—including anatomy, acting, weight, timing, storytelling—and is capable of taking a character from modeling through to final animation with a high standard of quality. **Responsibilities** * Create and develop 3D characters—from modeling and texturing to rigging and final animation—in Blender. * Produce character animations (body mechanics, acting, lip sync, creatures) with high technical and expressive proficiency. * Develop optimized 3D assets and environments for advertising. * Work across full 3D production pipelines (modeling, shading, lighting, rendering, and basic compositing). * Collaborate with creative teams, direction, and production to conceptualize and execute animated pieces. * Optimize scenes, rigs, and geometries for various formats and platforms. * Maintain professional organization of files, versions, and deliverables. * Stay current with animation techniques, new tools, and industry trends in 3D. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Senior 3D Generalist (mandatory demo reel focused on character animation). * Advanced proficiency in Blender (modeling, sculpting, rigging, animation, shading, lighting, and rendering). * Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, anticipation, acting). * Experience in organic and hard-surface modeling. * Knowledge of clean topology and optimization for animation. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. * Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense. **We Offer** * Creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment. * Participation in projects for major brands. * Continuous professional growth and access to training. **Desirable** * Experience creating custom rigs or using Rigify. * Knowledge of simulations (cloth, hair, dynamics). * Basic knowledge of compositing and post-production. * Experience working on advertising projects. * Illustration experience.
