Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant with experience in operational and managerial staff selection, skilled in developing job profiles and publishing job vacancies. Key Highlights: 1. Publication of job vacancies on various employment portals MOBAX Group, distributor of BRP brands (CAN-AM and SEA DOO), with 18 years of experience in the all-terrain vehicle market, is seeking, due to expansion: RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT WE OFFER: Base salary: $12,500.00 gross. Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation pay, vacation premium, profit-sharing, IMSS, INFONAVIT) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent personal presentation and assertive communication skills. Strong project planning, organization, and execution capabilities. Prior experience in recruitment. Effective communication skills. Ability to set and achieve recruitment targets. Negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and psychometric assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and selection for operational and managerial positions. Develop clear candidate profiles outlining required skills, experience, and competencies for each position. Design and draft attractive and clear job offers reflecting position requirements and company values. Publish job vacancies on various employment portals (LinkedIn, CompuTrabajo, social media, and other relevant channels). WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM One-hour lunch break. WORK LOCATION: Av. Insurgentes Sur 4052, Tlalpan Centro, Tlalpan.
