Job Summary: MOBAX Group is seeking a Recruiter for the recruitment and selection of operational and managerial staff, job description development, and job posting. Key Highlights: 1. MOBAX Group, distributor of BRP brands (CAN-AM and SEA DOO), with 18 years of experience in the all-terrain vehicle market, is expanding and seeking: RECRUITER WE OFFER: Base salary: $12,500.00 MXN (gross). Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation days, vacation premium, profit sharing, IMSS, and INFONAVIT). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent personal presentation and assertive communication skills. Strong planning, organizational, and project execution capabilities. Prior experience in recruitment. Effective communication skills. Ability to set and achieve recruitment targets. Negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and psychometric assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and selection for operational and managerial positions. Develop clear candidate profiles outlining required skills, experience, and competencies for each position. Design and write attractive and clear job offers that reflect position requirements and company values. Post job openings on various employment portals (LinkedIn, CompuTrabajo, social media, and other relevant channels). WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. One-hour lunch break. WORK LOCATION: Av. Insurgentes Sur 4052, Tlalpan Centro, Tlalpan.
