If you are passionate about water and skilled in teaching swimming, this is your opportunity! We are looking for someone with experience in swimming instruction who can work with students of all ages and skill levels. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques, improving students' endurance and lung capacity, and helping them develop aquatic skills safely and effectively. Responsibilities include planning and delivering swimming classes, continuously assessing student progress, and adapting lessons to meet each student’s individual needs. Additionally, as part of our team, you must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and their parents. To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of prior experience teaching swimming. Valid certifications as a swimming instructor and in first aid are required. Experience teaching other aquatic activities—such as diving or sailing—will be viewed favorably. At Acuática Nelson Vargas, we take pride in providing a friendly and safe working environment.
