As a Sales Training Trainee, you will collaborate with the Sales team to execute training and development initiatives. You will participate in key projects that strengthen the commercial team’s capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning within the area. Key Responsibilities: * Develop training materials, instructional design of content, and group activities to support the execution of strategic projects driving organizational development. * Collaborate on the planning and logistics of internal events. * Coordinate and manage the Onboarding process for our new employees, as well as track metrics to generate and analyze reports facilitating decision-making. * Participate in the creation of communication and learning materials, supporting the execution of strategic projects that drive organizational development. Who Are We Looking For? * Students from the 7th semester up to six months prior to graduation in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related fields (must maintain active student status for at least one year). * Availability to work a half-day morning shift (6 hours). * Affinity and interest in learning and developing within the Training function. * Excel: Advanced. * English: Intermediate.
