




**Institutional Management and Academic-Administrative Projects Leader** Support the management team in coordinating and monitoring **institutional projects** (academic-school related, which may involve technological and systems components). Act as a liaison between management and its different departments, particularly the Information Technology department, ensuring effective communication and proper management of requirements. Main responsibilities · Participate in the planning, monitoring, and documentation of academic-administrative projects. · Search, analyze, and classify information. · Coordinate activities and requirements with various departments, including IT, to ensure project progress. · Translate institutional needs into functional requirements (without programming tasks). · Monitor schedules, deliverables, and agreements. · Compile and present progress reports, performance indicators, and project documentation to management. · Maintain institutional files with traceability and version control. · Manage agreements, agendas, meetings, and institutional logistics. · Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on commitments. · Participate in internal control processes and administrative regulations. Required knowledge · Project management: Ability to implement strategic planning methodologies · Knowledge in developing and monitoring performance indicators · Information analysis and integration of indicators. · Understanding of IT language and processes **Required profile:** · Education: Bachelor's degree (administration, management, planning or related field) \+ preferably Master's degree in educational or organizational management. · Experience: 2 years organizing work teams. · Advanced English. · Advanced Office skills. · Skills: communication, active listening, planning, team organization. · Attitudes: proactivity, teamwork.
