We are seeking a professional with experience to coordinate Human Capital processes focused on unionized personnel, ensuring compliance with labor policies, timely coverage of vacancies, and strengthening of the work environment across various operational zones. The role includes full administration of personnel, integration of personnel files, registration with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and payroll systems, attendance tracking, vacation management, incident handling, and delivery of pay slips and agreements. Key responsibilities include: monitoring investigations, disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations; direct communication with the union and employees; drafting contracts and agreements; issuing access credentials; requesting personal protective equipment (PPE); and identifying training needs and operational improvements at work centers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, a degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields, proficiency in Contpaq Payroll and Microsoft Office Suite, clear communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in demanding environments. A valid driver’s license for automatic or standard transmission vehicles is mandatory, as well as willingness to perform on-site activities in operational zones.
