AVAILABLE POSITIONS: Head Coach – IRON Program Lead the program, design functional training sessions, and deliver high-end experiences. Experience leading teams Results- and community-oriented approach Digital content creation Instructor – Boxing, IRON Program Deliver dynamic sessions combining boxing and functional training. Technical proficiency in boxing High energy and strong group management skills Experience teaching group classes Instructor – HYROX, IRON Program Design hybrid (running + functional) training programs in competition style. Knowledge of HYROX methodology High-performance training experience Focus on progress and challenges What do we look for across all profiles? Minimum 2 years of group class instruction experience Certifications in functional training / fitness Proactive attitude, leadership, and discipline Passion for community building Social media presence (desirable) Your Impact: You will play a key role in user experience, client retention, and IRON program growth.
