Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field **with pedagogical certification; possession of official degree and professional license is mandatory** to verify academic qualifications. Skills: Proficiency in designing and implementing didactic planning aligned with the New Mexican School (NEM), classroom management, organization, decision-making, planning, teamwork, empathy, flexibility, frustration tolerance, commitment to students’ holistic development—cultivating knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values—and implementation of meaningful learning strategies that promote not only academic excellence but also holistic development. Minimum five years of teaching experience at the primary level. Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
