We are looking for a Production Supervisor with experience in the food industry to coordinate production area activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity standards. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff on production lines. * Ensure compliance with the daily production plan. * Verify that processes are carried out according to food quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.). * Control the efficient use of raw materials, machinery, and human resources. * Prepare production reports, incident reports, and downtime reports. * Guarantee compliance with industrial safety measures and workplace order (5S). * Coordinate minor maintenance tasks and report equipment failures. * Train operational staff on procedures and good manufacturing practices.
