POSITION MISSION** Provide executive food and beverage service in offices and meeting rooms with high standards of presentation, discretion, and hygiene, ensuring timely service to executives and visitors; and support the Executive Chef and staff cafeteria in basic operational tasks to guarantee service quality, timeliness, and order, as well as support various corporate service areas. **3. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** · Execute executive service in offices/meeting rooms/canteen: set-up, service, and removal of food and beverages for executives and guests, following protocol, discretion, and timeliness. · Prepare and serve coffee breaks and meetings (water, coffee, tea, snacks), ensuring proper presentation, restocking, and service closure. · Coordinate requirements with assistants/reception and follow up on orders/canteen (receipt, validation, incidents). · Maintain stations and supplies fully stocked; manage, clean, and safeguard tableware, glassware, utensils, and consumables. · Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and order in service areas; operate support equipment and report malfunctions. · Support the Executive Chef in basic tasks: ensure all required items are in place, washing/disinfection, simple portioning, basic plating, tray assembly, and logistics for internal events. · Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards; perform end-of-shift checklist (cleaning, storage, equipment shutdown). · Segregate waste according to internal policy and good hygiene practices. · Maintain confidentiality of conversations/visits and executive activities. · Assist staff cafeteria areas and personnel with general tasks. · Support other office and corporate service areas as needed. **4. REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education Level:** Incomplete or completed secondary school; desirable: high school diploma. **Professional Experience:** 1–3 years in service (restaurant, banquets, hospitality, or executive/VIP service); desirable experience in offices, meeting rooms, or corporate service. **Specific Knowledge Area:** Executive service and customer service with formal, discreet interaction. Tray handling, basic plating, and presentation. **Language:** Conversational Spanish. **5.
