Job Summary: Educator responsible for planning, coordinating, and teaching English, guiding student development, and fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic coordination and planning. 2. Guidance for students’ development of competencies and skills. 3. Creation of a motivating teaching-learning environment. Requirements: - Degree in Education - English proficiency level B2 or C1 (mandatory) - Classroom teaching experience Responsibilities: - Coordinate activities with grade-level teachers to develop the annual work plan for assigned groups and submit it to Academic Coordination at the beginning of the school term. - Implement projects agreed upon by the General Directorate for the current academic year with students. - Collaborate in organizing and conducting school demonstration activities, promoting student participation as well as parental or guardian attendance and involvement. - Guide student behavior to foster positive attitudes, habits, and institutional values. - Actively and committedly participate in subject-area Academies, Technical Council, Quality Council, technical-pedagogical and administrative meetings, as well as courses and conferences promoted by the Directorate. - Create an appropriate teaching-learning environment (e.g., begin the first class hour with a song, discuss the weather, sing “Las Mañanitas” to students celebrating birthdays), verbally motivate students or recognize them with stars and stamps, and dismiss them with a game, dynamic activity, or song. - Respond to parents’ comments after Open House. - Guide students in developing competencies, skills, and abilities using didactic, auditory, visual, and manipulative materials. - Assist students in organizing books and desks. - Continuously assess students’ assignments, projects, and exams according to the College’s Procedures Manual. Deliver English classes for the assigned grade level.
