Ensures **business accounting and tax management**, guaranteeing compliance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and timely, accurate fulfillment of tax obligations. This is achieved by supervising accounting processes, implementing internal controls, and collaborating with external accounting firms to ensure regulatory compliance. 2\. Leads **monthly and annual balance sheets and annual tax returns**, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with NIF. This is achieved by consolidating business operation data, validating information with internal teams, and coordinating accounting audits. This enables evaluation of the business’s financial performance and maintains transparency toward internal and external stakeholders. 3\. Supervises **account reconciliation and accounting tie-out processes**, ensuring all accounts are properly recorded and reconciled. This is achieved by implementing automated and manual controls, reviewing financial transactions, and collaborating with the Financial Planning team to ensure consistency in reported data. 4\. **Coordinates and oversees institutional and individual (DG) tax compliance obligations through external tax firms**, ensuring that tax filings and payments are made on time, in the proper format, and in accordance with current regulations. This is achieved by reviewing provided information, validating key documents, and following up on tax observations. This ensures regulatory compliance without compromising the finance area’s strategic focus. 5\. Optimizes **accounting and administrative processes**, identifying improvement opportunities and leading the implementation of solutions that increase efficiency. This is achieved by evaluating workflows, eliminating redundancies, and automating key processes. This improves departmental productivity and enables more agile accounting management. 6\. Collaborates closely with the **Financial Planning team**, ensuring accounting data feeds comprehensive reports and strategic analysis. This is achieved by participating in financial data consolidation and validating critical information for forecasting and budgeting. This ensures strategic decisions are supported by reliable data. 7\. Supervises the **preparation of internal and external audits**, ensuring that institutional and DG personal accounting documentation is complete, segregated, and validated per legal and tax requirements. This is achieved by coordinating with internal and external auditors, reviewing findings, and leading the implementation of recommendations. This strengthens financial transparency and the integrity of Club Cañada’s accounting processes. 8\. Prepares and presents **accounting and financial reports** to the Administration and Finance Directorate, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and useful for decision-making.
