





**Purpose of the position:** Collaborate in ensuring the academic quality of the teaching staff; review academic lesson plans, examinations, document submissions, pedagogical visits, and support follow-up on Teacher Workshops. **Responsibilities:** * **Support in the teacher evaluation process** (instructional planning, midterm examinations, pedagogical visits, academic performance charts, lecture notes, and regulations). * **Academic Quality Follow-up** (provide feedback to teachers regarding instructional planning, examinations, lecture notes, and pedagogical visits, based on institutional criteria). * **Library:** Manage loan records and organize the library’s collection. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Teaching in Humanities or Literature. * Teaching experience: minimum of two years in upper-secondary or higher-education institutions. * Skills and competencies relevant to classroom observation and academic documentation.
