Opportunity for professional growth and development **Connections Specialist (Integrations and Automation)** * **Salary:** $18,000 MXN per month * **Location:** Perisur * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| Full-time * **Work Mode:** Hybrid **About the Role** We are looking for a technically proficient Connections Specialist with an automation focus, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations among digital platforms, external tools, and internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring automated processes function correctly, improving operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Configure, implement, and support integrations between systems (APIs, webhooks, CRM, forms, etc.). * Monitor automated workflows and resolve errors or incidents. * Optimize processes by automating repetitive tasks. * Coordinate with clients, agencies, or internal teams to implement solutions. * Provide technical-functional support for connections between digital platforms. * Document processes, integrations, and configurations (manuals, guides, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, IT, Software, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in integrations, automation, or development. * Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks. * Familiarity with tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar. * Experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Forms, or other digital systems. * Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js). * Experience in debugging, monitoring, and resolving integration errors. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Twilio, Gupshup, n8n, or similar tools. * Knowledge of CRM and commercial process automation. * Proficiency with Git or version control systems. * Experience with complex or multi-system integrations. **Skills** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Customer orientation and continuous improvement **We Offer** * Dynamic and technology-focused work environment * Projects using modern automation tools * Opportunity for professional growth and development * On-site work with direct collaboration with the team Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Integrations, automation, or development: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 14010, Parque del Pedregal, CDMX
