Job Summary: Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment, administer software, and manage users to ensure technological operationality and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Software administration and user security management. 3. Development of KPIs and technical reports. 1\. Develop the annual preventive maintenance plan / audit. 1\.1\. Develop the annual preventive maintenance plan for all active PGs and laptops. 1\.2\. Schedule technical audits in accordance with company guidelines. 2\. Coordinate all activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance for PGs and/or laptops in use within the company. 2\.1\. Comprehensive management of all activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance. 2\.2\. Ensure timely and proper execution of weekly scheduled tasks. 3\. Identify equipment via QR code for preventive or corrective maintenance. 3\.1\. Verify and label equipment using QR codes. 3\.2\. Validate the QR code upon receipt for preventive or corrective maintenance tasks. 4\. Execute the defined procedure and checklist according to assigned weekly tasks. 4\.1\. Apply the approved technical procedure. 4\.2\. Document the corresponding checklist with required evidence. 5\. Perform first-level corrective maintenance. Replaced components will be charged to the equipment user’s cost center. 5\.1\. Diagnose and resolve first-level failures on PGs and laptops. 5\.2\. Replace authorized components. 5\.3\. Record spare parts consumption charged to the user’s cost center. 6\. Track second-level corrective maintenance, subject to prior user authorization and charged to their cost center. 6\.1\. Manage cases escalated to the authorized external vendor. 6\.2\. Coordinate with the user for cost authorization. 6\.3\. Monitor until final resolution of the incident. 7\. Administration and management of application software. 8\. Request necessary spare parts through warehouses. 8\.1\. Generate warehouse requests following internal procedures. 9\. Backup Plan. 9\.1\. Develop the annual image backup plan. 9\.2\. Execute the corresponding backup once per year per device. 10\. Deliver new equipment. 10\.1\. Perform initial configuration according to organizational security standards. 10\.2\. Conduct technical validation and register in control systems. 11\. User, password, and privilege management. 11\.1\. Perform user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. 11\.2\. Update passwords and privileges according to VWM security policies. 12\. Prepare semi-annual KPIs on adherence to the executed maintenance plan. 12\.1\. Generate performance indicators against the annual maintenance plan. 12\.2\. Issue a semi-annual report with results, deviations, and improvement proposals. 13\. Issue periodic reports containing findings, recommendations, and roadmap. 14\. The service specified herein covers production areas including body shop, painting, assembly, components, and stamping, as well as support areas such as Automation, Automation Planning, and Logistics Center.
