Act as the technical orchestrator ensuring technology providers meet service-level agreements (SLAs), maintaining current operational stability while building the future platform under GxP standards. **Technology Partner Governance:** Supervise the technical and operational delivery from SAP, Kyndryl, and Novis through continuous auditing of their SLAs to ensure absolute availability of the Group’s core transactional systems during the coexistence phase. **Hybrid Continuity Management:** Lead the stability of SAP ECC and RISE environments by coordinating preventive maintenance plans and mandatory patching to ensure “lights-on” continuity without compromising the S/4HANA implementation schedule. **Clean Core Strategy Enablement:** Orchestrate the technical configuration of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) by managing cloud destinations and connectors to facilitate development of extensions outside the S/4HANA core and integration with the Azure billing project. **GxP Compliance Assurance:** Guarantee the validated status of technological platforms by overseeing execution of the validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ) for every technical change to mitigate compliance risks during national and international health authority audits. **Subscription Financial Optimization:** Control cloud operational expenditure by actively monitoring FUE and Capacity Unit consumption via SAP portals to ensure technology usage remains aligned with contractually negotiated payment ramps. **Identity and Security Governance:** Manage technical access architecture by integrating SAP identity services with Azure Active Directory to ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD) for PHSS/PHDS users operating on Maypo data. **INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH.** ###### **Requirements** **Requirements:** Gender: Not specified Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or equivalent positions.
