Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to market electrical products and automation solutions, providing advisory services and closing sales with industrial and commercial clients. Opportunity to work with leading brands such as Siemens **Position Objective:** To effectively generate sales of electrical products and automation solutions by identifying and addressing the needs of industrial, commercial, and residential customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect and develop new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors. * Provide technical and commercial advisory on electrical and automation products. * Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and successfully close sales. * Meet the assigned monthly sales budget. * Participate in training sessions on new technologies and products (especially brands such as Siemens). * Maintain and update the CRM with customer and opportunity information. * Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions for customer needs. * Address and follow up on post-sales complaints or requests. * Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or company-organized business events. **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** **Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree (MANDATORY).** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in technical sales of electrical or automation products. * **Skills:** * Strong verbal communication skills and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and towards objectives. * Proactivity, customer orientation, and negotiation skills. * Teamwork and self-management. **We Offer:** * Base salary + attractive commission structure. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Fixed working hours. * Continuous training and professional development. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity to work with leading brands such as Siemens.
