Support in calculations and integration of solutions (electrical installations and HVAC) **Job Objective** Provide technical and operational support in project management, including site surveys, preparation of technical proposals and quotations, as well as support in calculations and integration of solutions (electrical installations and HVAC), actively contributing to the sales process through technical customer service and development of competitive proposals. **Academic Profile** · Completed bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering (HVAC experience preferred). · Minimum experience: professional internships or social service in construction sites or projects. · Age: no restriction · Willingness to travel · Valid driver’s license **Main Responsibilities** · Conduct site visits, perform physical and photographic surveys, and take measurements and dimensions for project development. · Prepare preliminary sketches of the area. · Verify technical conditions for installation. · Develop proposals and quotations; prepare construction budgets. · Quote electrical installations, equipment, materials, and integrate cost analyses. · Support basic HVAC calculations (thermal loads, preliminary equipment selection). · Commercial collaboration: prepare technical proposals for clients. · Provide technical support throughout the sales process. · Deliver basic technical explanations of solutions to clients. · Follow up on quotations. · Make technical adjustments according to client requirements. · Design support: prepare basic drawings, adjust layouts, update drawings. **Technical Knowledge** · AutoCAD (mandatory) · Revit (preferred) · Intermediate Excel (cost analysis) · Ability to read architectural and structural drawings · Basic knowledge of: electrical installations, plumbing and sanitary installations · HVAC (basic thermal load calculations) · Budget interpretation \<We Offer Bi-weekly salary payment Punctuality bonus Attendance bonus Food vouchers Life insurance (upon joining the permanent staff) Training Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Submit your application via this platform, by email to talentohumano@airref.com.mx, or contact us at 3321858624 We look forward to welcoming you!!!
