Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Objective: Ensure compliance with the production plan through operational control, incident tracking, information analysis, and direct support to Operations Management. Main Responsibilities: Support to Operations Manager Monitoring of daily and weekly production plans. Support in operational decision-making based on performance indicators. Coordination with production, warehouse, and maintenance departments. Report Preparation and Analysis Generation of daily production reports. Analysis of goal achievement and delivery timelines. Reporting of key performance indicators (efficiency, downtime, waste, productivity). Incident Supervision and Control Recording and tracking of operational incidents. Root cause identification and proposal of corrective actions. Monitoring of absenteeism, tardiness, and situations impacting operations. Overtime Validation Review and validation of overtime against executed work orders. Productivity vs. hours worked analysis. Reporting and justification of deviations. Requirements: Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing areas. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. Organizational skills.
