Clinica de Valle is seeking a **Patient Experience and Support Coordinator** with human leadership attitude, empathy, and service orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and welcome patients and visitors. * Provide clear information about services and procedures. * Coordinate processes with medical and administrative departments to ensure seamless care delivery. * Handle telephone calls and emails in a personalized manner. * Collaborate multidisciplinarily across various departments to maintain orderly patient documentation. * Personally follow up on patient or visitor complaints, suggestions, and concerns. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in user support and assistance within the healthcare sector is desirable. * Flexible availability for work schedule.
