




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and infrastructure by performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation of equipment and systems. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a timely manner. 3. Maintain availability of spare parts and order in the area. ***\*\*SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY\*\**** The maintenance technician must ensure that the company’s equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate correctly and efficiently; diagnose and repair malfunctions promptly and immediately; carry out periodic maintenance inspections; ensure spare parts availability; and provide support for all equipment. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comply with quality standards and maintain a clean and safe workplace according to the 6’S methodology. * Support administration and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance as per the established schedule. * Resolve daily operational issues related to equipment and building systems. * Responsible for daily cleaning and organization of work areas and equipment. * May assign and coordinate special projects as required. * Ensure corrective and predictive maintenance is performed on time and properly. * Any additional activity involving or affecting their department and/or office areas. * Prioritize overdue corrective actions for critical equipment. * Keep the spare parts inventory up to date and maintain records of material and equipment entries and exits. ***QUALIFICATIONS*** *Knowledge, skills, and experience required.* · *Age: 20 to 55 years old.* · *Gender: Unrestricted.* · *More than 3 years of experience in this position.* · *Computer and administrative software proficiency (Microsoft Office suite).* · *Technical degree in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related field.* · Knowledge *of pneumatic systems.* · *Knowledge of chilled water generation, refrigeration, and steam heating systems (chillers, air handlers, mini-splits fan and coil units, steam heaters, humidifiers).* · Knowledge *of water treatment systems (water softeners and reverse osmosis).* · *Basic knowledge of control and automation systems.* · *Basic knowledge of screw compressors.* · *Basic knowledge of air dryers (refrigerated and desiccant types).* · *Experience in facilities management (plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.).* · *Initiative and proactive attitude.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $700\.00 \- $1,400\.00 per day Benefits: * Gym discount * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Mandatory) Experience: * Maintenance: 2 years (Mandatory) * • Basic knowledge of control and automation: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
